According to the allegations filed by Altoona police, Miller allegedly sold the stolen gun to Overdo Davis Jr., who was 16 at the time, for $110 and three grimes of marijuana. Miller allegedly admitted to getting the Gluck and three filled magazines from Marcus Ellis less than a week before the murder of Pfirsching on February 7 in a taped confession he provided to police on March 7.  used guns for sale

Despite the fact that the Gluck used in the murder was never found, police noted in Miller’s charges that one of the two handguns he claimed to have stolen with two other men was discovered the day after he spoke with them in March 2020. The day after Miller’s admission, police discovered a Snap chat post with the words “Anyone interested” that advertised the sale of one of the stolen firearms.
